Refund Options
For returns within the United States, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the return is processed, the return shipping cost will be charged and deducted from your refund or store credit.

After we receive and inspect the returned items, you may choose one of the following two refund options:
Option 1 – Store Credit (No Handling Fee)
• Return shipping is at the customer’s own expense
• The full item value will be refunded as store credit
• Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase

Option 2 – Refund to Original Payment Method
• Return shipping is at the customer’s own expense
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the item value
• The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method
