TERMS OF SERVICE

All advertisements on the Site are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell. CHINANIO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order once the order form has been completed and submitted. Upon receiving your order, we will send an automatic confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. This email only acknowledges the receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance.

CHINANIO reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of the order, and we will notify you of our decision via the email provided in your order form. For in-stock items, we generally ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, unless the product is a pre-sale or made-to-order item. If the product is a pre-sale item, we will specify the estimated shipping time in your order summary or on the product page.

If you wish to cancel an order or change its details, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after placing the order. After this time, your order may already be in processing and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

2.1 The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. If any items are no longer available, CHINANIO will not fulfill that portion of your order, and you will not be charged for unavailable items. Availability may also be affected by order delays or logistical issues. In some cases, products may not be out of stock but have not yet been shipped. If this occurs and you wish to cancel, please contact us and we will review and issue a refund if necessary.

CHINANIO ships products to eligible destinations served by our logistics partners. Certain countries or regions may be excluded due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or other operational constraints. If a product or destination becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide alternative options where possible.

2.2 As CHINANIO operates a single global site without separate country-specific sites, orders can be placed from many countries. However, due to changing logistics regulations or uncontrollable factors such as international relations, war, natural disasters, pandemics, and other force majeure events, orders from certain countries may not be shippable or may be significantly delayed.

You may contact CHINANIO Client Services in advance to confirm whether shipping to your address is currently possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to check stock and shipping conditions, CHINANIO has no obligation to proactively contact all customers in affected regions, and orders that are not proactively contacted will not hold CHINANIO responsible for delays, cancellations, or any additional compensation obligations beyond a refund of the affected items.

Prices for items listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are based on an underlying list price set by CHINANIO and our brand partners.

For some destinations, prices may include applicable taxes and duties; for others, local taxes, import duties, or handling fees may be added during checkout or charged upon delivery by the carrier or customs authority. For certain regions, local sales tax may be added depending on the product and shipping location. Any such amounts will be shown or referenced on the final checkout screen whenever possible.

Unless explicitly stated, any additional fees such as customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address associated with your payment method. If it does not, we may be unable to process your order. You may pay using a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or other major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize CHINANIO to charge the applicable card or payment method for the total amount due.

If your card or payment method is rejected by the issuer or payment gateway, your order will not be processed, and CHINANIO has no obligation to fulfill your order. We accept payments in USD, GBP, EUR, and other major currencies as shown on the Site. For international payments, customers may be billed in their selected or local currency and are responsible for any additional processing fees, foreign exchange fees, or bank charges that may apply.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. CHINANIO operates from multiple warehouse locations, including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Mainland China, depending on product availability and logistics arrangements. In some cases, products shown as shipping from a particular region may still be fulfilled from another warehouse to optimize delivery.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you to the fullest extent permitted by law. CHINANIO is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring after dispatch from our facility to your specified delivery address, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Carrier charges may apply if you opt in to SMS or other premium delivery notifications.

Tracking information is generally provided for shipments and can be accessed via your shipping confirmation email or account page. For international orders, delivery times and customs fees vary by destination and are estimates only; delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, carrier backlogs, or other factors outside CHINANIO’s control.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our dedicated Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Purchase. In summary, merchandise in saleable condition with proof of purchase can generally be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, excluding final-sale or otherwise non-returnable items as specified in our policy.

Certain categories such as customized or personalized items, intimate apparel, and selected beauty or fragrance products may be final sale only or subject to stricter conditions. Where returns are permitted, items must include original packaging, tags, warranty certificates, and product documentation, and beauty products must remain unused in their original packaging.

For international orders, customers may be required to pay for return shipping and any associated customs charges, unless otherwise stated or required by law. Please review the Returns & Exchanges Policy page for full details before initiating a return or exchange.

You are responsible for the security of your account and password. CHINANIO is not liable for any damages or expenses arising from unauthorized use of your password or account. Please keep your login details confidential and do not share them with others.

You must notify CHINANIO immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, password, or other security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where suspicious activity is detected.

CHINANIO’s personal information practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found via the link provided in the footer of the Site. Please review the Privacy Policy and keep a copy for your records.

We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services such as payment processing, shipping, and fraud prevention. Your privacy is important to us, and we strive to protect your data at all times in accordance with applicable regulations.

CHINANIO may modify these Terms of Purchase at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and may also be communicated through the Site or via email to the address associated with your account.

If any substantial changes are made, we will inform you by email or by a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHINANIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, use, or misuse of any products purchased on this Site, whether arising from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Our total liability in connection with any claim related to a specific order or product is limited to the total amount actually paid by you for that order or product, except where a higher amount is required by mandatory consumer protection law.

These Terms of Purchase and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or your purchase of products are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes or claims will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for these purposes.

These Terms of Purchase, together with your purchase order or invoice and any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and CHINANIO regarding purchases made through the Site.

If any provision of these Terms of Purchase is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. CHINANIO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms of Purchase at any time as described above.

CHINANIO may limit the quantity of certain products that can be purchased in order to ensure fair access and better availability for customers. These limits may include, but are not limited to, limits on leather goods, shoes, perfumes, ready-to-wear items, and limited-edition designer pieces.

In cases of suspected resale activity, abuse, or non-compliance with these limits, we may refuse or cancel orders, restrict future transactions, or close accounts, including for a period of up to two years from your last purchase, to the extent permitted by law.
