Luxury pieces carry a high value and are made from delicate materials — special fabrics, intricate hand-worked construction — and demand the utmost care in packaging and storage. Once an order has been dispatched, even if it appears untouched, we cannot fully guarantee that it has never been tried on. Out of responsibility to every customer of this collection, and to ensure that what you receive is a flawless, brand-new piece sent directly from our warehouse, returned Luxury items cannot be placed back into stock for resale. For this reason, Luxury pieces are not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons. Faulty or defective items are, of course, always covered.
