Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges requests within 7 days, starting from the day your order was delivered (based on final carrier confirmation).
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
If you want to return or exchange, you can start a return or exchange case in your account, or contact us within 7 days after delivery.

For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, the 7-day period begins when the last item is delivered.
CAN I STILL RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS IF THEY ARE WORN, DAMAGED, OR HAVE THE TAGS REMOVED?
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND RETURN FEES?
1. For customer-initiated returns/exchanges (e.g., size doesn’t fit, style preference, change of mind), a flat USD $12 fee applies and is paid by the customer for returns within the United States. For international returns (non-U.S.), customers may choose to return items to our U.S., UK, or Hong Kong warehouses at their own cost.
2. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on the total return value. This restocking fee is the responsibility of the customer and applies only to returns, not exchanges.
3. For verified quality issues, CHINANIO will cover the return shipping costs as well as the re-shipment costs.
IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Step 1: Return the Original Item
If you wish to exchange an item, the original item must be returned at your own cost.
Step 2: Place a New Order
You will need to place a new order for the exchanged item. If the order total is below $99, you will need to pay a $12 return shipping fee. If the order total is $99 or above, return shipping will be free.
Step 3: Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the store credit for the returned item. If you are not in a hurry, we will wait for the returned item to be received and inspected by our warehouse. Once everything is confirmed, the store credit will be issued, and you can use it to pay for the new order.
Note: Each item can only be exchanged once. Therefore, please carefully consider your size selection when requesting an exchange, as we do not accept further exchanges for items once the initial exchange has been processed.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please ensure your return package doesn’t contain any non-CHINANIO items. We won’t return accidental inclusions.
If an item doesn’t meet our return policy, we may refuse the refund and return it to you at your expense.
REFUND
1.All approved returns are refunded as CHINANIO Store Credit (as we absorb third-party payment processing fees at checkout, issuing store credit helps protect both parties and avoids irreversible fees that would occur if we refunded to the original payment method). The credit will be automatically added to your store account and can be used to deduct future orders.
2.If, after your refund is applied, the final paid amount on the order falls below USD $99 (our free-shipping threshold), we will deduct a USD $12 original shipping fee from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
***This policy is in place to prevent the misuse of returns, especially in cases of purchasing multiple items with the intent to return most of them.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Return processing may take up to 10 business days to complete.
FINAL SALE & EXCLUSIONS
- Final Sale items, personalized or customized goods, intimate apparel (underwear, hosiery), opened beauty items, gift cards, and items without original tags/packaging are non-returnable.
- Bundles/sets must be returned in full.
NOTE: If you have any issues with returns or exchanges, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your purchase date.
If any of your purchases arrive in a flawed or faulty condition, or without CHINANIO and brand tags attached, please contact our Customer Service team.
