Order & Delivery Terms
At CHINANIO, we are committed to providing efficient service and ensuring the smooth processing and delivery of your orders. Please read our order and delivery terms carefully:
ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes before the shipment confirmation email is sent, feel free to contact us by email at any time.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- All orders are shipped with standard shipping by default. Once shipped, the average delivery time is 3-6 business days.
- Orders containing in-stock products will be shipped immediately, typically within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- For pre-order products, your order will be dispatched as soon as the stock arrives at our CHINANIO warehouse. Please refer to the estimated arrival time displayed on the product page. Please note that this estimate may change due to delivery delays.
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship all available items immediately and dispatch the pre-order items once they are in stock.
CANCELLATION OF PRE-ORDER
- Should you wish to cancel your pre-order before it is shipped, please contact us via email for assistance.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
- When your order has been shipped, a tracking email will be sent with courier information. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided.
- Delivery timeframes for your location are available on our Shipping & Delivery page and begin once the carrier scans and receives the parcel into their system.
MISSING ORDER
- If you have not received your order within one week of receiving the tracking notification, we highly recommend contacting the courier company.
- If you have not received your order confirmation or tracking email, please contact us immediately.
